No Māori Allowed wins best short documentary at Dili International Film Festival

Dili Festival is proving a favourite with Kindred. This year the festival awarded No Māori Allowed with the best short documentary award.

Festival organiser Lena Lenzen wrote:
“Our audience, both Timorese and internationals were very touched by your film and the jury also mentioned the outstanding cinematography including colour grading and edit.

The screening here in Dili, hosted by the New Zealand Embassy, spoke to the diverse audience and the film truly inspired experience-sharing and a discussion afterwards.”
